Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech has announced a competition to recruit a third-grade technician, scale 9, in the specialty of business management, for one position (1) under a regular recruitment procedure. The competition carries the code C 44570/26; the tests are scheduled for 29 November 2026, with applications closing on 22 November 2026.
The announcement states that the establishment concerned is the Faculty of Economics and Management in Marrakech, the university unit to which the advertised post is attached. Applications therefore target this specific specialty and establishment, and should not be confused with other posts listed in the same general notice.
Salary: from 5500 to 7500 MAD per month.
Candidates must hold Moroccan nationality and meet the legal age and diploma conditions set out in the official notice.
For the third-grade technician cadre, the candidate must be at least 18 years old and must not exceed 40 years of age as at 1 January of the current year. The upper age limit may be extended by a period equal to the length of service valid or capable of being validated for retirement, without however exceeding 45 years. The age condition is not enforceable against civil servants who are not subject to it.
Candidates must hold the required diploma in the specialty mentioned above, namely business management. For the third-grade technician cadre, the relevant diploma is the specialised technician diploma issued by one of the established vocational training institutions, or one of the recognised equivalent diplomas, or one of the diplomas determined in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force.
Where the diploma was issued by a foreign university, a copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be produced, accompanied where applicable by the certificates and diplomas provided for in that equivalence decision. Where the diploma was issued by a private university or a Moroccan private higher education institution, a copy of the table published in the Official Bulletin setting the equivalence of the diploma is required. This equivalence rule applies only to the situations expressly covered by the announcement.
The legal provisions in force on the reservation of budgetary posts apply to candidates who are former resistance members and members of the family of the Army of Liberation, former military personnel and former combatants, as well as to candidates in a situation of disability, where the conditions requiring their application are met.
Candidates must build a complete file containing the following documents:
These documents fall into two groups: those required of every candidate and those conditional on a particular situation. The Head of Government authorisation is requested only from those who have exceeded the age limit, the authorisation to sit the competition only from civil servants, and the disability document only from the candidates concerned.
Anyone wishing to sit this competition must apply obligatorily and exclusively through the administration's electronic platform, before the deadline. The practical sequence can be summarised as follows:
Candidates covered by the reserved posts, namely former resistance members and members of the family of the Army of Liberation, former military personnel and former combatants, must in addition to applying online send their files to the competent services responsible for them.
The competition for the third-grade technician cadre comprises three distinct stages, each with its own duration and coefficient:
Admission to the oral test is granted to candidates whose applications were accepted, who sat both written tests and obtained the required average, in accordance with the conditions set under the regulatory provisions in force for each cadre and for the grade to be filled.
The lists of candidates admitted to the written and oral tests are published on the public employment website and on the administration's website. This publication constitutes an official invitation to sit the tests, so candidates must check these sites regularly rather than waiting for an individual invitation.
Applications are rejected if they lack any of the documents listed above, if they do not meet the required conditions, if they do not contain accurate declarations, data or information, or if they arrive after the fixed deadline. Care in preparing the file is therefore as important as preparation for the tests.
In addition to the official conditions set out above, candidates may follow this organisation when preparing for the competition:
Recruitment into the civil service remains subject to success in the competition and the final ranking of successful candidates; since the advertised post is a single one, solid preparation for the two written tests, which carry the highest coefficients, is decisive.
