Ibn Zohr University in Agadir has announced a recruitment competition for administrative and technical staff for the benefit of the university's institutions. This competition covers a single post (01) in the third-grade administrator cadre, specialising in foreign languages, at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Smara. It falls under a regular recruitment procedure and carries the code C 44548/26.
The post is an opportunity for candidates who wish to join university administration in the field of foreign languages. It should be noted that this post is entirely separate from the other posts mentioned in the same announcement for other university institutions, both in terms of speciality and of conditions.
Candidates must be of Moroccan nationality and must meet the legal age condition for sitting the competition. For the third-grade administrator cadre, the candidate must be at least 18 years old and no more than 45 years old on 1 January of the current year.
Civil servants against whom the age condition cannot be invoked are exempt from it, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force.
Candidates must hold the required diploma in the speciality mentioned above. For the third-grade administrator cadre, that diploma is:
issued by university institutions, institutes or national schools, or one of the recognised equivalent diplomas, or one of the diplomas determined in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force.
The required speciality must correspond to the diploma submitted. It should be noted that a certificate of success alone is not accepted: a copy of the diploma itself must be provided.
For a diploma issued by a foreign university, the candidate must provide a copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin, accompanied, where applicable, by the certificates and diplomas provided for in the equivalence decision.
For a diploma issued by a private university or a Moroccan private higher-education institution, the candidate must provide a copy of the table published in the Official Bulletin setting out the equivalence of that diploma.
The legal provisions on the reservation of budget posts apply to candidates who are former resistance members and members of the family of the nation, former military personnel and former combatants, as well as to candidates with disabilities, where the conditions for their application are met.
For these candidates covered by reserved posts, in addition to applying via the electronic platform, their files must be sent to the competent services responsible for their situation.
The application file must contain the following documents; any file missing a document or not meeting the required conditions is rejected:
It is specified that a copy of the baccalaureate is required for the third-grade technician cadre in the other competitions mentioned in the same announcement, and not for the third-grade administrator cadre covered by this article.
The competition comprises the following tests for the third-grade administrator cadre:
| Test | Duration | Coefficient |
|---|---|---|
| General written test | three (03) hours | 02 |
| Special written test | three (03) hours | 03 |
| Oral test | between 15 and 30 minutes | 03 |
The general written test covers various legal, economic, managerial, social, human or scientific issues. It lasts three hours and has a coefficient of 02.
The special written test covers the field of the administration's remit, the required specialities, or the duties or functions to be filled. It lasts three hours and has a coefficient of 03.
The competition panel discusses with the candidate various topics and issues aimed at assessing their ability to carry out the duties or functions linked to the grade concerned. It lasts between 15 and 30 minutes and has a coefficient of 03.
Candidates who are admitted and who have sat both written tests and obtained the required average are eligible for the oral test, in accordance with the conditions set by the regulatory provisions in force for each cadre and each grade.
Those wishing to sit this competition must apply compulsorily via the dedicated electronic platform. The application and the sending of the required forms and documents must be made exclusively through that platform, before 22 November 2026.
No application by any other channel is accepted. Files missing any of the documents mentioned above, files not meeting the required conditions, files containing inaccurate declarations, data or information, and files submitted after the deadline are rejected.
The lists of candidates admitted to sit the two written tests will be published on the public employment website and on the electronic portal of the institution concerned. This publication constitutes a summons to sit both written tests; no individual summons is sent.
Salary: from 6500 to 9000 MAD per month.
