Berrechid first-grade nurse recruitment: 2 posts open

The commune of Berrechid has announced a regular recruitment competition, reference C 44406/26, to fill two posts (02) of first-grade nurse, scale 10, in the "multipurpose nurse" specialty. The examination will take place on Tuesday, 8 December 2026, at nine in the morning at the media library in the city of Berrechid, near annex number two, or at any other location announced later if necessary.

The competition is aimed at candidates holding the required paramedical qualifications, particularly graduates of the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques under the Ministry of Health. It is also an opportunity for serving civil servants, subject to the specific conditions that apply to them.

Advertised posts and required specialty

The announcement concerns a single grade, that of first-grade nurse, scale 10, with a total of two posts in the "multipurpose nurse" specialty. Candidates must ensure that their application corresponds to this specific specialty, which is a condition of the announcement and cannot be replaced by another specialty outside the legally provided diplomas or equivalence certificates.

Eligibility conditions

Article 2 of the opening order sets out the conditions of participation as follows:

  • Moroccan nationality;
  • enjoyment of national rights and possession of the intellectual and physical capacities required to exercise the public function;
  • being at least 18 years old and at most 45 years old on 1 January 2026;
  • holding one of the diplomas or certificates required in the specialty.

Accepted diplomas and certificates

The diplomas accepted for the first-grade nurse grade are the following:

  • the licence diploma issued by one of the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques under the Ministry of Health;
  • the State diploma of the first cycle of paramedical studies issued by one of the institutes for the training of executives in the health field under the Ministry of Health;
  • any equivalent diploma or certificate, the list of which is set in accordance with Decree No. 2.12.90 of 8 Jumada II 1433 (30 April 2012) on the diplomas required for access to the various grades created under the special statutes.

Where an equivalent diploma is relied upon, a copy of the equivalence decision must be attached to the file, which requires candidates to check the status of their diploma before preparing their application.

Reserved shares

A proportion of 25% of the posts is reserved for persons holding the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation or former soldier, while 7% of the posts are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card issued in accordance with Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.218 of 18 Sha'ban 1418, corresponding to 19 September 1997. These two proportions are independent: each is calculated on the total number of advertised posts, not on the other reserved share.

Competition tests

The competition comprises two written tests and one oral or practical test, as follows:

  • First written test: a general subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on the tasks or functions to be performed or on the remit of territorial collectivities, lasting three hours and with a coefficient of 4.
  • Second written test: a general subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on the tasks or functions to be performed or on the remit of territorial collectivities, lasting three hours and with a coefficient of 4.
  • Oral or practical test: the panel discusses various subjects and issues with the candidate, or subjects the candidate to a practical test in the required specialty, or both, in order to assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks or functions linked to the grade concerned. It lasts between 15 and 45 minutes, with a coefficient of 3.

This structure requires candidates to prepare thoroughly on both the theoretical and practical fronts, since the oral or practical test allows the panel to assess operational ability to carry out the tasks attached to the first-grade nurse position.

Application file and required documents

The application file comprises the following documents:

  • an application letter addressed to the president of the commune of Berrechid;
  • a copy of the diploma in the required specialty, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision where applicable;
  • a copy of the candidate's national identity card;
  • a curriculum vitae bearing the candidate's photograph, personal telephone number and email address;
  • two stamped self-adhesive envelopes bearing the candidate's name and address;
  • a written authorisation to sit the competition issued by the employing administration, for candidates who are civil servants;
  • a copy of the certificate proving registration on the lists of persons with disabilities, for the persons concerned, or a certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former soldier or former combatant.

The application must be addressed to the president of the commune of Berrechid, and all documents must be legible and compliant with the requirements. The written authorisation issued by the employing administration is a condition specific to serving civil servants and does not apply to other candidates.

Submission of applications and deadlines

Application files are submitted against a receipt directly at the human resources department at the headquarters of the commune of Berrechid, during the official working hours of public administrations, until Friday, 27 November 2026, before half past four in the afternoon, which is the final deadline for accepting applications. Files may also be sent by registered mail to the following address: PO Box 113, commune of Berrechid.

Applications received after the above deadline or missing any of the required documents will be excluded. For files sent by registered mail, the date of the postal services' stamp is authoritative. The list of candidates admitted to the written and then oral tests, as well as the final results, will be announced on the public employment website, on the portal of the Directorate General of Territorial Collectivities and at the examination venue. Publication of the list of admitted candidates constitutes a summons to sit the test.

Important information for candidates

  • Candidates who are civil servants in public administrations must submit their applications with the mandatory final approval of the administration to which they belong.
  • Candidates holding the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation or former soldier must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs, within the deadlines set for that purpose.
  • Candidates with disabilities must subsequently provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Women, Family and Social Development.
  • Candidates definitively admitted must complete their files with the administrative documents required by regulation for appointment to the public service.
  • If, during verification of the conditions of participation, it emerges that a candidate already declared successful does not meet one or more of the required conditions, that candidate will be replaced, in order and according to merit, by another candidate on the waiting list who meets those conditions.
