One exam, one post, one speciality: health and environment

The commune of Berrechid, in the province of Berrechid within the Casablanca-Settat region, is organising a recruitment exam for the grade of first-grade health technician, scale 10, speciality health and environment, for one post (1). The announcement carries the code C 44407/26 and falls under regular recruitment.

The exam will take place on Tuesday 8 December 2026 at nine o'clock (9:00) at the media library in the city of Berrechid, near annex number two, or at any other place announced later if necessary. The deadline for submitting applications is Friday 27 November 2026 before 16:30.

The announcement was published on 6 November 2026 and is supplemented by the opening order and its annexes, which set out the conditions, tests and application arrangements.

Who may apply

The exam is open to candidates who meet the following statutory conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality;
  • enjoyment of national rights and possession of the intellectual and physical capacities required to perform public service duties;
  • an age of at least 18 and at most 45 on 1 January 2026, with the upper age limit extendable by a period equal to valid or regularisable service for retirement purposes, without exceeding 45.

Accepted diplomas and qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following diplomas or qualifications, in the requested speciality, namely health and environment:

  • licence diploma issued by one of the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques under the Ministry of Health;

The equivalence rule applies only to holders of the diplomas covered by the official list; it does not automatically extend to other diplomas that are not provided for.

The reserved shares scheme

25% of the posts advertised are reserved for persons with the status of resistant, ward of the nation or former soldier, and 7% are reserved for persons with disabilities holding the disabled person's card issued under Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.218 of 18 Sha'ban 1418, corresponding to 19 September 1997.

These two shares are independent of each other and are not calculated one within the other. Candidates with the status of resistant, ward of the nation or former soldier must also submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs, within the deadlines set for that purpose.

A condition specific to civil servants

Candidates who are civil servants in public administrations must attach to their application the final approval of the administration to which they belong. This requirement concerns civil servants only and does not apply to other candidates.

Nature of the tests and coefficients

The exam comprises two written tests and one oral or practical test, with durations and coefficients as follows:

Practical preparation checklist

The following points are non-official organisational tips and do not replace the conditions set out above:

  • check early that you hold the required diploma in the health and environment speciality, and the equivalence decision if applicable;
  • prepare the application addressed to the President of the commune of Berrechid and attach the diploma copy and national identity card;
  • prepare a curriculum vitae with a photograph, telephone number and email address;
  • do not forget the two stamped envelopes bearing your name and address;
  • if you are a civil servant, obtain written authorisation from your administration before submitting;
  • if you belong to categories with special rights (resistant, ward of the nation, former soldier or person with a disability), prepare the required certificate in time;
  • submit the file before 27 November 2026 at 16:30, or send it by registered post early enough, and keep the receipt or postal stamp;
  • prepare for the two three-hour written tests with coefficient 4, then for the oral or practical test with coefficient 3.

This announcement therefore combines a single post with a defined speciality, precise diploma conditions, an independent reserved-shares scheme and a clear application route with firm deadlines: careful checking of every document and every date is essential to ensure the file is accepted.
